POLICE LOG for December 20 Road Rage On Route 38 Vehicle Goes Missing

first_imgWILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, December 20, 2018:A caller reported a road rage incident in front of Market Basket on Main Street. Vehicles now stopped at lights at Route 38 and 62. Caller stated vehicle tried to run her off the road near Market Basket, then kept hitting the brakes and traveling at a low rate of speed on 38/Main Street. Caller turned onto 129 and vehicle continued straight onto 38 toward Woburn. (7:04am)A DPW worker reported a vehicle parked unattended with keys in it, in front of gate to Town Beach. Operator was feeding animals off the pier. Vehicle was moved prior to arrival. (7:30am)A Horseshoe Lane caller reported their vehicle was stolen sometime overnight. Police confirmed vehicle was repossessed. (7:41am)Police noted the Commuter Rail train at North Wilmington station was blocking Route 62. (12:34pm)A caller reported his mailbox on Jacques Lane was struck sometime this afternoon and the post is completely broken off.
